Richardson & Asociados is a Buenos Aires based law firm with legal correspondents in all the main cities nationwide. The firm was established in 1994 by Gustavo Alberto Richardson. The firm’s initial objective was to provide services related to the management of loans in general, and in particular, with Credit Risk / Rating Analysis, Credit Management and Risk Assets Recovery. Later on, it has developed services relating to Commercial Law matters, specifically within the financial market sector.

At the beginning of the new millennium, as a consequence of the search for new solutions for our clients, Richardson & Asociados - Consultores was born. It, too, is operated in accordance with our ideals of Commitment, Speed and Trust.

In accordance with our clients' requirements, and as a result of over 15 years' experience in conducting business, particularly within the Argentine financial sector, Richardson & Asociados - Abogados has incorporated other specialties and practice areas to help our clients keep ahead of the many challenges they face.
